Access to dental care is still uneven in many parts of Indonesia, especially outside major cities. Patients often struggle to find trusted dentists, book consultations, and get proper dental education, while dentists face difficulties managing appointments and communication. Kigilut helps solve these problems by providing one mobile platform for finding dentists, booking consultations, making payments, and accessing dental health information.
The home screen acts as the central hub of the app, allowing users to search for dentists, view notifications, explore recommended doctors, and access educational dental content for parents, children, and general users through a simple navigation experience.
Users can browse dentists, check profiles, ratings, and experiences, then schedule appointments based on available sessions. After booking, the app automatically generates payment details and QR-based appointment verification.
Patients can connect with dentists through built-in audio and video calls, making consultations and follow-up treatments more accessible without requiring physical clinic visits.
The asynchronous chat feature enables patients and dentists to continue discussions regarding medication, treatments, or appointment changes while keeping conversation history accessible for future reference.
